Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. xLean will cover most customs duties and trade taxes in many countries and regions, but in places where local taxes such as VAT or sales tax are required, backers may still need to pay those amounts according to local regulations.

Free shipping is only available for orders successfully placed on April 21 PDT or EDT, the launch day, and applies to most countries worldwide. Orders placed on other dates during the campaign will be charged a flat $80 USD shipping fee during the post campaign fulfillment stage.

If you want to cancel before the campaign goes live, please contact us to request a refund. Please note that if you cancel, you will forfeit the Exclusive Perk unless you later reactivate the deposit.

After receiving your shipping info through PledgeBox, we will automatically send your Exclusive Perks along with the xLean. Before shipping, you will receive a confirmation email.

Key dates and timeline

• Tester selection results announced June 30.

This policy applies only to original products bought from xLean official stores or authorized retailers for personal use.

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items may be returned within 30 days if the issue is not caused by user damage.

Working products that are not satisfactory may be returned within 14 days. Returns are not accepted for late requests, missing proof of purchase, missing or altered labels, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by accidents or force majeure. If the issue is our fault, xLean covers reasonable return shipping.

For change of mind returns, the customer pays shipping. Opened or used items may incur handling or depreciation fees. To start a return, email service@xlean.ai with your order number, proof of purchase, serial number, and photos or video. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
