xLean Store Terms of Sale

1. Parties to These Terms

These xLean Store Terms of Sale (the "Terms") set out the terms that apply when you buy products from the xLean online store at xlean.com (the "xLean Store"). By placing an order you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not click Buy Now.

2. Product Listings, Pictures, and Advertising

All product content on the xLean Store is an invitation to offer and does not itself constitute an offer to sell. Images, videos, and descriptions are for reference only. Actual products may vary slightly due to production batches or product updates. We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee every item is free from errors. If you find an error, please contact service@xlean.ai.

3. Pricing and Pricing Errors

xLean reserves the right to update product prices based on market conditions. In rare cases catalog items may be mispriced. We will verify price at order processing. If we discover a pricing error and the correct price is higher than the listed price, we may contact you to confirm whether you want to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. If the correct price is lower than the listed price, we will charge the lower amount.

4. Order Placement, Receipt, and Acceptance

When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase the listed products. After we receive your order you will get an order confirmation email. This email only confirms we received your order and does not mean your order has been accepted. We accept your order when we change the order status to Fulfilled in your account and send a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you do not confirm receipt within 15 days of shipment, the system may auto-confirm receipt. If you did not actually receive the goods after auto-confirmation, contact service@xlean.ai and we will investigate and, where appropriate, re-ship or refund.

5. Availability and Order Acceptance

xLean reserves the right to accept or refuse orders. We will only accept your order if we confirm stock, logistics, and applicable policies allow fulfillment. If we cannot supply the product after accepting your order, or if we suspect scalping or misuse, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

For in-stock items, we typically process orders within two business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. We select a carrier based on your shipping address and the best available service. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may be affected by events outside xLean’s control. If you experience a delay, contact service@xlean.ai and we will work with the carrier to help resolve it.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel in-stock orders before they are shipped. Pre-order cancellations are accepted before production or shipment, subject to any specific pre-order terms shown on the product page.
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, there is no fee. If you cancel after 24 hours but before shipment, a transaction fee may be deducted from your refund (for example, 3.8% for credit card payments, 3.49% for PayPal, 3.8% for Klarna). Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

8. Returns and Refunds (if applicable)

We accept returns under the conditions described below.

Return Conditions

  • Unopened, unused, and unactivated products are eligible for return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with packaging, manuals, accessories, and any bundled gifts.

  • Products with manufacturing defects may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. xLean will cover return shipping for verified defects.

  • If the product is functional but you are unsatisfied, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery. Return shipping for buyer-initiated returns is the customer’s responsibility.

Return Process
To start a return, contact service@xlean.ai. Our customer service team will confirm eligibility and send packing and return instructions, including the correct return address. For defect returns we will provide a return shipping label where applicable. Pack the product securely and include all original components. Missing items may incur replacement charges.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 5 business days if the return is approved. If the product was opened or used, additional inspection may be required and processing may take up to 30 calendar days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you do not see a refund after the expected period, first check with your bank or card issuer. If you still have not received it, contact service@xlean.ai.

9. After-Sales Service and Warranty

xLean provides after-sales support and warranty service according to the warranty terms posted on the product page or in the product documentation. For warranty or repair inquiries contact service@xlean.ai.

10. Resale and Bulk Purchases

Products sold on the xLean Store are intended for end users only. Purchases for the purpose of resale are prohibited. We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect resale, bulk buying for resell, or other misuse.

11. Intellectual Property

xLean and its affiliates own all intellectual property rights in the products and related designs, including trade names and trademarks. Unauthorized reverse engineering, copying, or resale that infringes xLean’s intellectual property is prohibited.

12. Data Use and Privacy

By placing an order you consent to xLean collecting and using the personal data you provide to process the purchase, fulfill the order, and communicate with you about products and services. For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The xLean Store and its products are provided "as is" and "as available" except as expressly stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, xLean disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. xLean is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits or data, except as required by applicable law. In jurisdictions that do not allow limitation of liability, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Force Majeure

xLean is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where that failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or transport disruptions. If a force majeure event occurs, we will notify you within 15 days where reasonably possible.

15. Conflicts and Product-Specific Terms

These Terms apply to all sales made through the xLean Store. If a product page includes specific sales terms that conflict with these Terms, the product-specific terms will control for that product.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you prefer a different governing law for your market, tell me and I will prepare a version tailored to that jurisdiction.
