Price Rules

When the campaign goes live, click "Back this project" and select the Exclusive perk. The price will show as $949, but no worries, we will refund the extra $100 during the post campaign order confirmation stage, so your final price will be $849. And $50 deposit will be refunded at this time.

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. xLean will cover most customs duties and trade taxes in many countries and regions, but in places where local taxes such as VAT or sales tax are required, backers may still need to pay those amounts according to local regulations.

Free shipping is only available for orders successfully placed on April 21 PDT or EDT, the launch day, and applies to most countries worldwide. Orders placed on other dates during the campaign will be charged a flat $80 USD shipping fee during the post campaign fulfillment stage.

If you want to cancel before the campaign goes live, please contact us to request a refund. Please note that if you cancel, you will forfeit the Exclusive Perk unless you later reactivate the deposit.

Conditions of Use

This deposit can only be applied once per order. If you want to purchase two xLean TR1s, you must purchase two deposit cost $100.

This deposit can be used only for the xLean TR1 Kickstarter campaign.

Deposit Redeem Period

This deposit perk is only available for purchase during the reservation stage until April.21st (PDT/EDT) 2026.

However, you can redeem your perks and preorder the xLean TR1 on Kickstarter at any time during the campaign from April 21 to June 5.

Deposit Pledge, Shipped

Please ensure the email you used to pay for the deposit matches the email used for your Kickstarter order. If they are different, please contact us.

After receiving your shipping info through PledgeBox, we will automatically send your Exclusive Perks along with the xLean. Before shipping, you will receive a confirmation email.

Key dates and timeline

• Tester selection results announced June 30.

• Test units ship July to August.

• Final version delivery planned for September to October.

Refund Policy

This policy applies only to original products bought from xLean official stores or authorized retailers for personal use.

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Defective items may be returned within 30 days if the issue is not caused by user damage.

Working products that are not satisfactory may be returned within 14 days. Returns are not accepted for late requests, missing proof of purchase, missing or altered labels, misuse, improper installation, or damage caused by accidents or force majeure. If the issue is our fault, xLean covers reasonable return shipping.

For change of mind returns, the customer pays shipping. Opened or used items may incur handling or depreciation fees. To start a return, email service@xlean.ai with your order number, proof of purchase, serial number, and photos or video. Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
